At Esperit de Mallorca, we embark on an adventurous project: the quest for the essence of Mallorca and the Mediterranean.
Since 2012, in our family distillery, we capture the essence of the Balearic and Mediterranean nature. Flora and fauna serve as our inspiration. That's why our symbol is the goat, the most emblematic wild animal of the Sierra de Tramuntana, where we live.
Miguel Capó
He is the face of the company who deals with the bars, stores, and hotels that support our products. He enjoys simple things done well, especially a good wine and a fine distilled spirit. He loves going to our orchard to pick oranges and lemons.
Max Capó
He is the family's distiller. He loves experimenting with flavors, both in the kitchen and with our still. He comes up with the best combinations for cocktails, which you can find on our social media!
Janine Bucher
She enjoys organizing dinners on the terrace. You will often see her at our events and tastings. She is also quite the artist: responsible for designing our products and communication materials.
Sara Capó
She manages CABRABOC's social media. She loves taking photos and recording Max preparing cocktails. You will find her at the events and tastings we organize. But on Sundays, you'll spot her hiking in the Sierra de Tramuntana.
