Mojito with Hierbas

Preparation

Place the mint leaves and a lime wedge in a highball glass. Muddle the mint and lime with a pestle to release the oils from the mint and juice from the lime. Add another 2 lime wedges and sugar and crush again. Fill the glass to the rim with crushed ice. Pour the Cabraboc Hierbas over the ice and top up the glass with Sprite. Garnish the glass with the remaining lime wedge, mint leaves, rosemary and a slice of orange.

10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
2 teaspoons white sugar
Crushed ice
6 cl CABRABOC Hierbas
Sprite
1 orange slice (dried if desired)
